All photography services require:
Your date is not reserved until both contract and retainer are received.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding, elopement, proposal, event or session date. No services are delivered until full payment is received.
Retainers are non-refundable and applied toward your total package. Because your date and time is reserved exclusively, other clients are turned away once booked.
Late or unpaid balances may delay gallery delivery or service fulfillment.
All payments made are non-refundable, including retainers.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.
You are hiring Lindsay Raymondjack Photography and affiliates for a specific artistic style and approach. All images are captured and edited using professional creative judgment.
Final images reflect the Photographer’s artistic direction and editing style.
All images remain the sole copyrighted property of Lindsay Raymondjack Photography, even after delivery and full payment.
